stellar customer service It was a very smooth, non aggressive, welcoming experience. Every representative I interacted with was polite, personable, and thoughtful from the time I stepped foot on the lot until several days after the transaction. The salesman was inquisitive, responsive and accommodating. The finance department was very straightforward, yet flexible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service department and staff PJ was great! He took time to explain the service I was getting. The technicians completed the work within the timeframe I was told. I won't go anywhere else while I'm in this area.

First Service I brought my BMW in for its first service.. Making the appointment was easy and my car was taken in for service at the appointed time. I was told by the service rep, Robert Kazora, it would be about 90 minutes and it was ready in 60. My car was spotless upon its return and the service was excellent. A quick check out and I was on my way.
