First time here It was our first time here. We moved from Houston, Texas. Work on our 435i was performed as agreed. Cory (service dep) helped us out in a pleasant way. We got a complimentary car wash like we are used to at BMW West in Houston. Nice!

Pleasantly Surprised Today, I had an Oil change appointment for my vehicle. I was a little hesitant because the last time I visited I didn’t have the best service. Bryan was my service provider and he not only provided me with great service he also was very informative and kept me posted on the status of my vehicle. The facility was also very nice and clean and had amenities for guests while they waited. I will come back to get my car service there again.

Nice facility but customer service is only ok High quality waiting area with snacks, water and coffee. I never feel like the service techs are happy to see me or are happy at their job. That provides a certain environment that is not as welcoming as it could be. I just had a visit on 10/7 and had two issues. I had an oil change and stayed onsite during the service in the customer waiting area. The tech said “hang out here and I’ll come get you when it’s done”.
