Recall, Oil Change sealed with a Car Wash All went very smoothly! Thank you and on top of everything I enjoyed the car wash in the end. I was offered to get an Uber ride to go somewhere if I needed to because that day a loaner was not available. Thank you!

Always Excellent I used to always feel that dealerships look to sell you service that you don't need. But, BMW of Annapolis service representatives are always honest and will tell me if what I thought was a problem is not needed or not a problem at all.
