BMW of Annapolis I have only taken my car to BMW of annapolis and each time, the staff are extremely pleasant. They have effective communication and the loaner process is extremely quick and easy.
Easy to schedule, check in, and out the door. Timing was perfect. Dontae was great and explained everything beforehand which made me more comfortable. The services were completed as promised and he went the extra mile to make sure all of my concerns were satisfactory.

Awesome Service!! I continue to be impressed by BMW of Annapolis’ Service Department. My wife and I have had our cars serviced here for years and we will continue to do so. All of their staff are friendly, professional, efficient, and will do anything they can to make your service experience great! I consider their Service Department so great that it is one of the main reasons I refuse to buy a different brand of vehicle!! Once again … we’ll done BMW of Annapolis!!

checkup for my 228i (aka "Schneewitchen) Service was great and convienient since they had a nice clean BMW loaner car available immediately. They were able to work around my travel schedule. My car was returned in great working order.
