BMW Dante let me know exactly what the tech was finding. And gave me an estimate which wax honored. However when he was off for 3 days none of the other service advisors were available to update me from Saturday till Tuesday evening when I drove to the dealership and went in to the service department. When he returned Wednesday he updated me and the car was ready Thursday. I did not like having no communication and felt that when Dante wasn’t there my car sat idle till he returned
