They took extra time and presented the desire 2016 X5 that I like, Billy ray explained and took he's time in showing me the features and even help me connect my Sirius radio and stayed until it was all done. I ordered a 2015 BMW X5 from BMW of Annapolis several months ago. A month after the delivery, my son noticed an inch long cut on the back right side of the leather drive seat. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted the dealership. They arranged for the leather repairs twice. But I was not happy with the results. They eventually replaced the entire drive seat.
