Service and parts department 9-30-22 I was in Annapolis BMW for a routine Oil change, and my service advisor Robert was able to get me in quickly with little to no wait. Took care of my X5 They helped make sure my vehicle’s battery was registered when I had to replace it in an emergency. The attention to detail in this case with Robert really showed that they were looking out for me.
They’re great Super helpful and professional. Let me know what I need to do for maintenance/repairs without those hard sell tactics. In and out in a reasonable timeframe. I didn’t buy my car from them but I keep going back because I trust them!
