Exceeded my expectations When I arrived at the dealership I went to the service department and the one service advisor was tied up with work. Another nearby advisor ,Nick Tomasko saw me and said " I'll be glad to help you over here". he had an excellent attitude as he could've easily ignored me. Nick was very prompt and helpful and getting me checked in for my service. Later he called me with the results of my diagnostic test and it turned out the repair was going to be quite expensive. Great service except for… They charge $179 to diagnose a problem which in my case was reading the fault code. Seems a bit high

Outstanding service! I have purchased many cars over my lifetime; however, this was the best experience with a dealership ever. 10,000 mile service Great team at BMW of Annapolis, service was completed less than 90 minutes and the waiting area business center allowed me to run my morning call in a professional atmosphere.

First Time Service I came for a first time service of my X1 of which I purchase last year. The service advisor was polite and nice when I came and check in. He explained what job needs to be done in my car aside from the regular oil change and the recall of the software. What I was not happy about it is that when they gave my car back to me. The interior of the car is not even clean at all.
