Very friendly and courteous staff. The service I requested was done well and completed on time. I would definitely go back for service there. The car wash was a nice bonus!
I recently took my X5 in to Gebhardt BMW for its first service and was very impressed with the service and thoughtfulness. Bill and the team made it super easy to get my car serviced and pickup was super speedy. Adam totally awesome too.
My husband and I decided to purchase my 5th BMW for our 20th anniversary and do a European delivery. David was awesome, really went above and beyond my expectations. Great contact while waiting for my X5 to arrive. Even helped me in personalizing it when I received it. Would absolutely recommend him!
The folks at Gebhardt BMW continue to provide exceptional service and sales support. Bill assisted in getting my BMW serviced promptly, and Tina helped me understand the recommended service interval and ordered a Service and Warranty Information Booklet for me. Dean and Steve gave me a great deal of information about the BMW sales process, and thoroughly explained the advantages of owning a new X3 as our second BMW.
