I had a very pleasant experience with Gebhardt on Monday, July 21. I had scheduled an appointment, was told how long the service would be, & I was made comfortable in the lounge.
My BMW X3 had an intermittent electrical problem and I was concerned about cost and inconvenience. I shouldn't have been because my service advisor is Joel! He arranged for a loaner vehicle and made sure my extended warranty covered the problem. He is thorough and attentive to details. My car was test driven and valeted when I picked it up, when promised. I highly recommend this dealer/service center.
Very professional and courteous throughout the experience. Was helpful in all areas and made us feel very comfortable. Answered all of our questions and valued our business.
We just purchased our first BMW at Gebhardt and had a wonderful experience. Eric Wallen answered our on-line inquiry immediately and was waiting for us personally to help us with our test drive. Eric stayed with us through delivery and continued communication to ensure we were fully satisfied after we drove away. Even though we live in the Denver area, we will have our X1 serviced in Boulder because we liked Gebhardt's friendly service so much.
This was an incredible experience, starting with the first series of phone calls through my personal visit to purchase. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and Mike answered every question with care and professionalism. I brought my new 320i in Denver and discovered it had an alignment issue. I brought it to Gebhardt, which is local to me, for service. Tina told me that because it was an alignment issue it would not be covered under warranty, and the selling dealer should not have sold it to me that way. I was not surprised by this, but did not want to return to the dealer in Denver. Without my asking Tina offered to split the cost of the service. I was fully prepared to pay the full price.
