"Best. Dealership. Experience. Ever. " I took my 2014 bmw to Catonsville BMW for service. I am always skeptical about getting my car worked on at a dealer. You usually get treated like a number and then they charge way too much as a rule. My service coordinator Brittany treated me so well, I must have thank d her 10 times. No games, fixed my car the first time and treated me very fairly with the cost. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

"Always very professional and amazing service. " Neil always takes care of me when I visit BMW of Catonsville. He's always been honest with what type of service my 335i needs.
