"Loved BMW of Catonsville" Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the receptionist, our salesperson, the sales manager, BMW genius, and shop salesperson. Salesperson Benn Edwards took the time to walk us through all the ins and outs of our purchase, got answers to all our questions, and thought outside the box to solve our issues. A terrific experience!

"Service " Keon is always available to answer all of my questions. Brought my car in for servicing and come to find out I needed some work done. He explained to me everything that was needed and if it was covered or not. I really appreciate when reps take the time to go over everything. Car was cleaned and ready to go. Until next servicing I will be coming back to see Keon!

"Car repairs " I came to Catonsville service center not knowing what the issue was with my car. Keon Tobin was very Hands-On with notify me and getting the job done in a timely manner. He made sure Not only was my car taken care of but gave me peace of mind that showed was I too. He is definitely the reason I would be a repeat customer in the Future.

"Wonderful Customer Care" Ashley D. is a great sales person and provided me with such a high level of service. It felt like I was dealing with an old friend instead of a sales person. I left with exactly what I wanted. Sam in Finance did a great job explaining the options but also continued the great personalized service Ashley started. While it was late, he treated me like I was the first customer he spoke to that day. Ashley and Sam are awesome!!
