"Great Team Makes a Great Experience " Wanted to call out RT, Johnathan and Sam. Before, during and after the deal, RT was professional and embodied great customer service. I was very comfortable working with RT. Jonathan was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and he was a perfect to close the experience and begin long term relationship with the new car. Sam was professional, straightforward, flexible - a pleasure to work with him as the lead representative from finance.

"Fantastic experience! Jamie Brenneman took great care of me!" I will never go to another dealership after being here. No need. Jamie Brenneman made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my M3 and Justin Allen, the technician who worked on my car, took excellent care of my car and even fixed a few small interior pieces for free that needed a clip or screw to secure! Can’t say enough nice things about my experience at BMW of Catonsville.
