"In and out" I came in to get my Bluetooth set up to my car. They brought Michael out to help me with it. He then proceeds to ask me if I would like him to go over a little bit more about the car. I got the car from car max so nobody showed me how the tech works. He went over so much with me and then some. I can tell he loves what he does. It was a great experience. And all of the other service staff members were so nice as well. Great dealership!

"Car towed in for starting issue" After my 2014 BMW was towed in Thursday afternoon my go to service advisor, Ricky Catalan, called me immediately to get the details of the problem. Friday it was diagnosed to have a failed fuel pump and control module.
