"Neil is the best advisor I have ever had in years." Neil has been my advisor for many years. I have an old car, 525i in 2003. This car is like a senior person -- gets sick often. Whenever I go to him, he always gives me the best advise. He would let me know what is needed right now and what could be done in the near future.. I truest him.

"He is knowledgeable and helpful in every way" With any issue that I've had with my vehicle he has been more than willing to answer them fully and patiently. "Great customer care!" How great was to have a deal with Sigis? I came 20 minutes before stores was closing, he walked me through the options and we signed the deal same day. He remained patient and professional despite the fact that he had to stay late on a Saturday. Also, this place beats the other offers in the area.

"Great Salesman!" We had a great experience here! I saw the car that I wanted online and texted Jae Lim to setup a test drive for the following weekend. He had the car cleaned and ready to go when we got there for the test drive. We really appreciated it since we were driving a few hours to come in for the test drive with three kids. "Ms. Celebrity has found her car!" Everyone is so nice and helpful here! Harold was a very helpful and considerate salesperson. He walked me through the process and told me all to bring prior to my visit. The process went smoothly. Sam went through the best rates for me to get me the best deal possible. Even the receptionist Faith was kind enough to safeguard an item I left in my trade until I could pick it up. I highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

"Great Service" I had Gone to the BMW of Catonsville Dealership to get my Car Tire issue addressed. They did a fantastic job of not only fixing that issue but also helped me in providing guidance on Removing a scratch in my car through simple method. I would do special mention to Keon Tobin who has been my Service Manger there for the past year. He has been excellent in Client service and has been of Great help.

"Excellent service " Both Ricky Catalan and Brittany Hill are AMAZING! They are helpful and professional. I’ve had poor service at another dealership and opted to make the drive further to this location based on the excellent customer service. I would advise everyone to purchase and schedule services at this location. This is my second BMW and I will continue to visit the Catonsville location exclusively.
