"A good place to buy your BMW" My wife and I bought a used BMW from BMW if Catonsville. Our experience there was excellent and I have no hesitation recommending this dealership. "Another Excellent Experience" Just purchased my second vehicle from Benn Edwards at BMW of Catonsville. Like last time the purchase experience was excellent. Unlike my last vehicle, I custom ordered a 2020 330iX. The ordering process went smoothly. The car did get held in Vehicle Processing in Baltimore for a recall. Through no fault of the dealer, the vehicle took about a month to clear. Benn provided status as soon as it became apparent that this was not a normal hold. "Best Service, Every Time!" I’ve been going to BMW of Catonsville since I bought my 2001 X5. I’m still there with my 650i because of the continuous quality of service I get every time I need to take my car in, particularly from my service adviser, Jamie Brenneman, and my mechanic (now Shop Foreman) Bill Adams. There isn’t a time I call in for a service the Jamie doesn’t give me my preferred appointment time, even same day.
