Awesome. Thanks! Rental cat was horrible, but Mike took extra steps to be sure we were taken care of including delivering out completed a car to the place of our choosing when it was done.

Had a scary situation where my U Joint failed on my X5 while on the highway and destryoed my transmission. Luckily service manager Jim Megivern and service advisor Selena worked diligently with BMW corporate to get approval for crediting all my repairs. I must say this is hands down the best experience I have had at any dealership and am very thankful for the professional and prompt service I have received.
