I had a great experience at Leith BMW and love my new car! I recently leased a 2013 BMW 3 series from Kasey at Leith BMW. He was able to find a few different cars that fit what I was looking for. We were able to take them out for a test drive and Kasey took the time to point on all the features of the vehicle and was very honest about the pros and cons of each. Kasey at leith BMW Raleigh/Capital blvd was an example of what sales reps should be. At first I went to Mercedes raleigh/capital blvd seriously considering cla 250. I thought to myself Mercedes's strategy to win other market shares with their new cla is working. I test driven the cla and liked it even though it didn't feel like BMW. I just leased a brand new BMW x5 from Barry Frucht at Leith BMW in Raleigh, NC. This is my 6th BMW and I can honestly say Barry has been THE BEST salesman I've ever worked with. I cant explain how helpful he was. We looked at 8 different vehicles over 2 days and he did a WONDERFUL job. I Highly recommend him!

My husband and I dread car shopping - it ranks up there with a dental procedure in our book - until now. We sincerely had the best car buying experience ever when Brad Timberlake walked up to us on the lot and did NOT attack us with stereo typical car selling techniques. I can't believe I enjoyed my car-buying experience. I've only ever purchased from private/individual sellers before, which has always been fairly hassle free. Everyone warned me about "car dealerships" - and warned me to beware! Clearly those same people had not been to Leith BMW.
