" Harry Helmer and the purchase of the hidden X3" Recently I purchased a 2019 X3 form Leith BMW. I can on the lot late on a Friday night just before closing. A salesman named Harry introduce himself we went to on test drive in an X3. While out I explained to Harry I was looking for a particular car in his inventory. "Sales Team and management were excellent! " The only issue I have is with your service department. I had emailed your service manager Kelly and left him a voicemail two days ago and have not heard back. I am very disappointed about that and will probably look for another location for my service needs.
"Purchase of 2018 X3 M40" Had great experience with Leith and salesman Barry Frucht on recent 2018 BMW X3 M40 purchase. Majority of the deal and paperwork was created before I arrived at dealership on day of purchase. All negotiation completed prior to that visit.
"Customer friendly " From the beginning, brandan was so helpful and patient . He wasn’t hesitant when I asked to test drive multiple vehicles and multiple times. While other sales people were being rude , careless and not bothered to show a vehicle, he was so nice person and helped all the way. I wish him to have more success in his career.
"Lease expiring; seeking to lease again" Called Kent for a quote and received by email. Quote was good enough to justify a visit to Leith. Expected to place an order and wait a month, but Kent found a car on the lot with all I wanted plus a few more items that resulted in a better deal than I expected plus I was able to drive off in the new call within just over an hour from my arrival.
I was in the market for a 335i, but wanted to find a fully-optioned car. After speaking with David regarding an online listing, we determined the car was not up to spec. However, he notified me soon after when a leased car had just been returned. This one was fully-optioned, just as we'd discussed. He was never pushy, and let the car sell itself. My 2011 X5 was serviced at the dealership routinely and running without a hitch. I got a recall letter and was told to bring the car a day ahead so I brought it on a Thursday to be worked on and finished Friday as I was told. Got a call Friday evening from a Marc stating my car will not be ready this week but probably Monday. I had to rent a car to my work in PA where I stay for 2 weeks. My wife and I purchased a used 2008 BMW 328i from Leith BMW last year. The car had BMW CPO coverage which the salesman said extended the manufacturers warranty for three additional years including free scheduled maintenance. When I brought the car in for regular maintenance, we were told an oil change would be $330.00 and not covered by CPO! Obviously we were misled by their salesman.
