I was looking for a specific model and color, 2013 328i convertible, and the liquid blue metallic was not available at any local dealerships. Terry was able to locate and arrange delivery in a very timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, being a master mechanic himself, and made my overall experience a true pleasure. I have dealt with Leith in the past, being a Mercedes owner, and my BMW experience has been superior. I will recommend Terry Hutchinson to anyone looking for a BMW, and a hassle-free, pleasant experience.

I worked with another salesman at BMW first and felt that my business wasn't important to him because I was looking at a 2011 used car instead of a new one. This is the second time we bought a BMW car at Leigh BMW, Raleigh, NC. The first was a 535 series and just recently, X1 xdrive SAV. John Brown took care of us from the start, showing the car in the parking lot, test drive, ordering, delivery and driving it out of the parking lot to take home. I am so impressed with Leith ability to service my car the way they did! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated with respect and kindness. My vehicle was fixed, despite my many trips to the BMW in FAYETTEVILLE NC. I was grateful to have a place that understands the value of their customer.
