The service was wonderful. I was having an issue with my car. It was fixed and I was back on the road in no time. Everyone was helpful and patient in explaining the details of my car problem and it was 4:35. No one attempted to rush me out because it was close to closing time on at Saturday. I am grateful for such a wonderful experience.

While shopping for a used X3 we visited many dealerships. I have to say that by far Leith BMW was the most courteous and professional. They were straight forward in their process and did not put on pressure like other dealerships. They have gone above and beyond to answer questions about the vehicle even after the sale. I would recommend the dealership to other people without a doubt.

I was in the lookout for a used but clean beamer for quiet sometime now and have had few unpleasant experiences with some other dealers on trade-in price. When I saw this car on leith, it was just a matter of 2 emails and a phone call. The beamer was mine!!! Barry is an exceptional sales guy who treated us professionally and friendly. After a bad experience at Leith in 1983 (yeah, I've got a long memory :-) ), I was reluctant to do business with them; however, the guys at Leith BMW service have been fantastic to deal with. The service advisor, Mick, has been wonderful to deal with in during my search for a 2001 M5, helping me out with service history reports, etc. After getting the car, they serviced a few things perfectly, pointed out some information I didn't know about the car, and checked it over completely. I bought my wife's 330Cic from Sean in sales. Before the sale, we walked in off the street in her old Mitsubishi Eclipse and not dressed particularly nice. Shorts, t-shirt, sneakers. Sean treated us like the most important customer there. Let us test drive anything we wanted, gave us all the possible information we could possibly ask for, and was very nice and down to earth. Went to test drive an '04 330i with the performance package. The man I spoke with (sorry but cannot remember his name) was friendly but not ridiculous about it. He was very knowlegable about BMW and performance cars in general. He even had a useful knowledge about aftermarket tuners and amateur competition. Did not get into a bunch of hackneyed sales tactic - he read his prospect and understood that an enthusiast responds to the product not the hype. Very rare experience indeed.
