RecommendedI love the person who has attended me for 3 years in my maintenance but I made the appointment with him and they changed me for Sheryl, I asked her for prices of tires and clean wipes and she ignored me, she said she would send it by text message, I asked her to explain to me about extending my warranty and she told me that I had to pay $ 700 and that She did not know what it covered!!!!! I had a very bad experience with her unfortunately.
Please be careful when buying from Advantage BMW in Clear Lake. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Bought/leased over a dozen BMWs. My wife's new 2020 X5 had PDC malfunction and parking control was not working. As she back out of a tight spot she hit a fence causing $3500 + in damages. BMW Advantage and all the way up to BMW NA Corporate decline to pay for damage despite PDC malfunction prior to collision. See photos on my page. I will be posting this on all social media. I bought a preowned X1 and I’ve only had the car for 4 days as of today and the Check engine light comes on. Do y’all normally sell lemons???
