My Z is my dream car....but after getting it back yesterday I WILL definitely look for someplace else 2 get it repaired. I work so I when I arrived at 5:15 beca use I was notified my car was ready The valet man stopped me on the way in...2,ask if he could help.....I Told Him Chip is my service rep but he is out on training I just need 2 pick up my car.....each desk he went 2 with no customers sitting in front of them....everybody was 2 busy until the 4th one said in a minute.....she finally got thru with what she was doing &... read more

I'm sad to say, however, I recently traded in a car to purchase one of their loaner vehicles, and there were some issues with the vehicle when we purchased it. We were told to bring the car in and they'd be taken care of. First problem is the steering wheel, the leather on the steering wheel was coming off, we requested a replacement of the steering wheel, which is a normal repair for this, as the leather can't be repaired in this case. Very displeased with the service I received. I sat in the lobby for an hour because service department misplaced my keys-after they called ME to come get my vehicle. Then they pull my car around driving way too fast.... and attempted to disguise a huge scratch that was NOT on my vehicle prior to service. And of course NO one took any action to address/correct the issue. Just standing around looking blank face.... how would you feel if this happen to you? Smh #accountability #horriblecustomerservice #BMW

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Bought a 2009 750li and after five days of ownership come to find out it needs $15,000 worth of work due to an oil leak. Even though I bought the top tier warranty at this dealership for almost $5,000, I still cannot get the vehicle repaired. The dealership is wanting me to pay an additional $5,000 to get it fixed. This is unbelievable! This is the third time that BMW from league city messes up with my car. I just paid them $15000 to fix my car, because it got flooded. They call me to pick it up, and this lady with an attitude, like if I would be paying a bond to get out of jail, handle me the vehicle with no explanations of what they did to it, she just made me sign a paper with all the descriptions, charged me for the deductible of course, and bye! They broke my hood latch twice and refused to fix it!!!!!
