Not good at all. Nicholas was not friendly at all. After I scheduled ahead of time for an Uber ride he made me feel like he was doing me a favor doing so. Was job was streaky. Vacuum job not good at all. I won’t be back.

After finding a car online that I wanted to test drive and possibly trade in my car for, I called and spoke with a sales person about the total value of my trade-in and what my payments would be, discussed features such as navigation and keyless entry (which we were led to believe was remote start). ZERO stars! I purchased a windshield replacement insurance at the time I bought the car. I’d used it twice with no problem. Monday I receive a voicemail informing me the windshield sensor was damaged when they replaced the windshield. They had already replaced the sensor, prior to communication with me, costing me $261.00+ tax in addition to a $50.00 deductible, which I had not been charged the previous visits.
