I don’t recommend bmw they are liars and the most rude customer service ever I took my vehicle over there to two times to scan the check engine light on my car they recommend a random repair which I did not need so wasted money on a random repair because I was still losing power and a rough start to finally my car stop on a freeway to visit my mom very very very dangerous I had to struggle with the car to more to left side out of traffic I could have got rear ended so I took my car to European mechanic and it was clear it wa... read more

Your personal and financial information is not safe at this dealership. They gave my ex husband and a tow truck driver a copy of my application, the approval status and stipulation info. When I spoke with the GM Randy instead of apologizing, he scolded me for providing bad info and dared me to report him or the dealership for breaking privacy laws. The tech needs more training. I couldn’t get a correct answer on what was wrong with my car. Got three answer what it could be . !!!!!!! A joke

I have an older suv 2011 X5. Booked it in for a diagnostic on a stutter that had appeared over the last couple of weeks and also a recall on a coolant pump and an oil service. Wasn’t kept up to date on what they were doing so when I arrived to collect my car was not ready as they needed more time to check the injectors. Seemed reasonable also the sales advisor thought the injectors would be fixed under the BMW N63 customer care program. Got a text message yesterday asking me to pay $3300 to fix an injector or 4 not sure what... read more

I went and dropped my wifes BMW car off for service on Wednesday 24th 2018 at 11am and went back on Thursday 25th 2018 to pick her car up and they are so incompetent that they have lost my wifes car keys and the keys that was on the ring I have been here for a hour now and all they want to say is there working on the problem and just now the Manager over the service dept came out and was asking to where the car was parked so they could pull the cameras to see who was in the car after the service and now where still waiting t... read more

they didn't put steering pump fluid in my steering pump and they make up the steering pump hose had to wait 2 weeks but I love there loaners car but I'm big bucks for mess up if I waited mess up I would have went to any mechanic shop then them but I trust BMW to do tight in stead they did wrong I guess they was expecting too see me again with such foolish baby mistake to lazy to pump fliuds in my car when working on them

Incompetent service staff, complete waist of time and money, only worried about up sales on tires than fixing the problem. The service guy quickly said "OH! I quoted you the wrong price," when questioned about it on four different occasions over two day period, one of which was the shop rate, REALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! NEVER GOING BACK! EVER!
