I just picked up my car and there is what I think is a good amount of oil on the front passenger side. One of the thing I was getting done was having an oil leak fixed. I think they may have made it worst. I left a message for my advisor but she is out till Wednesday.

Service was fine, but was disappointed they didn’t cleanup all the fine glass shreds after replacing the windshield.

Worst customer service you can ever get. Service department just want to take the money out of your pocket with a bunch of lies.

There’s really no reason for me to detail the lack of customer service given from this organization let alone the horrible products they sell you out of the service department. Advantage BMW will receive a detailed letter regarding my experiences.So, there’s really no reason for you all to respond to this review bc I’m sure you all do not want me to detail my experience for the world to see! Ms. Martin, We truly wish that you didn’t feel this way. You reached out to us communicating that you had a bubble in your tire. The tires on the vehicle were installed over a year ago and they have over 17,000 miles on them. You communicated that the tire must be defective, unfortunately the type of damage the tire had was due to an impact. Therefore the tire replacement would not be covered under the defective terms. Things went really smoothly today. Dropped off my car, got a loaner, and was out the door in 20 minutes. Pick-up went even more quickly. The loaner was -- well, let's just say that it would have taken almost no persuasion to get me to buy it. I'm lucky that sales and service are in different buildings.

Paid bill. Inserted key to drive off and there were error messages indicating some serious quality control issues in the service department. Did anyone actually check the car after service was "completed"--obviously not. I had to ask to talk to a manager. Gave two stars instead of one because at least the service manager called!

I had an appointment to service my car on 5/22. Once I arrived I was told they had no loaner cars, I scheduled the appointment a week before and I was told that I would be given a loaner car. I traveled 40 minutes away from my house in Crosby only to arrive and be turned away. I should have been notified in advance. Rescheduled appt for today and once again no loaner cars. Horrible service, they shouldn’t give loaner cars away to everyone unless they are really needed.

We just bought our first (new) BMW... After reading reviews on the various sales personnel, we met one a couple of months ago as we started "shopping". After being told he had since left, further research lead us to Nathan. Dealing with Nathan, sales, was one of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with. My vehicle was damaged by the Service Dept when I brought it in for routine recall and a detail. The drivers side air vent was broken, and is no longer operational. And, the rear lift gate would not open or close with either key fob, the interior button, or the exterior button. It was determined that the struts in the rear of the lift gate were broken, and I was told that this was normal.
