First visit, and a great experience. I was referred to this dealer by a friend for service, and I couldn?t have been more satisfied. The facility is immaculate and impressive. Two previous attempts at repairing my problem at other shops had failed, but the problem was found and fixed at West Houston. The service advisor was courteous, helpful and knew BMWs.
