Service Department treats you differently when you bring in your vehicle for recalls even Takata air bag recall that didn’t seem to be a concern for them. Service advisor communication was your car is ready and see cashier that’s pretty much it. Couldn’t tell you what exactly they did for 3 recalls since nobody explained what they did or if the inspection caught any issues which it should of but never was mentioned. I feel bad for anyone who bought and/or Gets their BMW serviced here. I called ahead and confirmed that they offer oil change services for a Porsche. Dropped off my car and the gentlemen told me that they probably do not have the parts. Which is understandable. I asked him to call me back to let me know how long it would take, so I could order the part and bring my car at a later date. I had to keep calling for two days to get any answer. Very upset with the service. We had to call the manager over and over again, once we got a hold of him he said he would call back. Also we got an approval but had to call the bank ourselves and the job for them. It seems they’re selling many cars and are not interested in making another sale. They submitted application to many banks while they gave us their word that they would only submit it to 3 banks. I will have to go to San Antonio and buy my son his car. We have a really good credit to be able to go and buy anywhere.

Bitterly disappointed with Bert Ogden BMW. in McAllen They lied/misled on the following points: 2x Fob keys requested - Only one provided Cargo cover requested - Not provided despite assurances to contrary 4pin/7pin trailer electrical connector - not there despite assurances it was installed Vehicle was not prepped. Armrrest had been damaged, Bert Ogden attempted to cover up the damage. The internet manager was duplicitous/vague misleading and slow to respond. Les compre un carro y me trataron súper mal , el problema no fue con el vendedor si no con uno de los manejantes , se porto Muy grosero después de mi compra, no regresaré nunca a esa agencia, soy cliente de beer Ogden , les eh comprado varios coches !!!

My son was gifted a brand new BMW by my sister, his aunt, for his 16th bday on 2/2017. Beginning in early 2019, we began to have problems with the vehicle overheating, leaving my poor son stranded @ SPI, on the expressway, on his way home from prom, etc. We have taken it in 5 different times, with the service center replacing 5 different parts. Bought a vehicle here last December, it’s been 2 months and my vehicles check engine light came out last week, the vehicle has been feeling weird when I drive it. Last night it didn’t wanna start, so if you’re thinking about buying “a certified preowned” vehicle here don’t even waste your time! I already contacted my sales guy about the matter I hope my issue gets resolved soon !!!
