Horrible Customer Service by Salesman Sameer Dhansinghani! This salesman promised but did not deliver. After he made the sale he failed to provide us with paperwork. Its been 2 months and we are still trying to get it! Ridiculous! Hungry! Hungry! salesmen like Sameer is what you will find at bert ogden bmw. Oh & EVERYONE seems to be a manger there! I don’t know how many they have but between all of them they cant deliver! Please don’t waste your time buy your BMW elsewhere!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SUCH CONS STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY SENT ME A FLYER I WON A TV AND REFUSED TO GIVE IT ME. THEY GUARANTEED ME OVER THE PHONE I HAD WON AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS GO AND PICK IT UP. I DROVE 30 MILES, WASTED MY GAS AND OF COURSE IT'S A SCAM TO GET ME TO THE DEALERSHIP SO THEY COULD OFFER ME A CHANCE TO WIN THE PRIVILEDGE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Unfortunately you have to put us star to comment because they don't even deserve one star !! Service department attendant was rude arguing with me just horrible I will never buy another car from them again this has been the worst experience in buying a car

The most horrible experience ever! The service department needs more training in customer service! My appointment was at 730am and since I didn’t have my warranty papers I couldn’t be seen. Even though it could have been looked up with my vin number! I was asked to come back. When I came back with my paperwork he still needed to make phone calls n the gentlemen helping me acted like it was the hardest thing in the world to do. Like he actually had to work! went in 6 weeks ago to cancel gap insurance found out they never turned in the forms to cancel. hassle trying to talk to someone in finance giving me the runaround.horrible service

It’s upsetting and extremely ridiculous This guy Richie called me just to let me know Incase I get a better deal at bmw San Antonio , ( which is more convenient for me 1,000 dlls less , 10,000 less Miles on the vehicle I wanted ) McAllen branch won’t be able to help me out with any repair , oil change or whatever service my car would get just cause I didn’t wanted to close the deal here with them and stead taking my business to San Antonio BMW since here in McAllen they take local buyers first and take outsiders at the last ... read more
