It's upsetting to take your car in for a check engine light & then have it reappear a few hours after picking it up from being repaired. I probably paid for a battery it didn't even need replaced. I really hate to be negative, but after taking in your car for a reoccurring check engine light for about the 5th, 6th, don't even know how many times this past year, I hope you understand.

Worst customer service experience especially when dealing with the front desk receptionist and Irene Ramirez in finance. I recommend any other BMW dealership after my experience with them.

1 star still too much for the service my wife and I received, it's been 10 months since I've asked to cancel my Ext service contract and gap and I keep getting the run around i keep calling the finance manager Irene and I keep getting the run around "10 months" what type of business is this i doubt upper management is even monitoring these practices and I still go out of my way to call the administrator of the company that handles the claims and they stated that there is no info on the vehicle i purchased there...so basicall... read more

This is the 2nd time i take in my truck and they take forever. First time truck was in shop for 1 week and nothing was fixed . This second time it's been there almost 2 weeks and truck has not been fixed �.

In the beginning, I was having a great experience. Then after agreeing on the deal, I was asked to sign a paper that said I was responsible for anything I signed in financing. This seemed boiler plate so no big deal. I urge you all to pay close attention to what you sign from that moment on.
