Worst service department ever! I'm glad my bmw is out of warranty so I now take it somewhere else where they address the problem and actually know how to fix a bmw, which btw they sold to me in the worst condition constantly getting repaired since day 1! And refuse to take it back for trade at a reasonable value.

Don't shop here. They treat you like a queen while you buy but after that you get the worse service ever.

Worst service ever, if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle this class THINK TWICE. SERVICE is horrible the worst I've ever experience in my life, to service my vehicle and asking for a loner they took a whole week and after the whole week passed when I walk in they just told me there was a mistake and it should take another week!!!!! Is this place even open? Who is managing this place? Already 10 a.m. and no one is answering phones on a business day. You can't even speak with a service advisor even if you tried. I been calling and calling and no one is answering. Sales, Parts, Service and even the receptionists. No one is answering. Both Bert Ogden BMW locations Mcallen and Edinburg are terrible. Both of these locations have extremely dishonest people working there. The last time I had my car worked on at Bert Ogden McAllen, I was lied to and told my car was ready. I brought my car in as I needed an oil change and a check engine light was on in my car. Here visiting from Corpus Christi Texas and had my 2003 Z4 I could not get it started after shopping. The BMW dealer was 1 block down the street. They would not help and I if they could help me get it towed there. The man said sorry we don't work on cars over 10 years old. I will call you a weaker but you can't bring your BMW here. Don't a good place to level a lady stranded.

After having so many tire issues, a major blowout on the highway because of uneven wearing, having to put air in the tires on a weekly basis, and corporates inability to resolve this potentially life threatening issue my husband has finally decided to join the Audi family. I don't understand why some people says service department is the worst customer service when in fact every time I come for a check up I get treated with respect and importance not only by Amador but from all of them ....
