Go to another dealership if you’re looking for a BMW or any other car. I wouldn’t recommend Bert Ogden to anyone. Their service was certainly not up to my standards.
They shared my credit information with other companies without my authorization. I have called more than 10 times and they have never answered me. They always leave me waiting or tell me that they will call me later but they don't. To sell the car, they called me many times. At the dealer, the general manager is very kind to sell you the car, but they have never answered my messages and I have called more than 10 times. They do not respect their customers. Bad mechanic service they keep leaving fuel line leaking an big smell of fuel inside vehicle......

Bert Ogden BMW McAllen My parents got a BMW X5 November 23, 2018. It’s been almost 2 months and they still haven’t gotten the paperwork. Oh, but they even charged them a late fee. We’ve called them several times and even spoke to the manager and they show no interest at all. Once you’re out of there and you’ve made the purchase; they could care less after that. I texted and called the manager again today and she said she’d call me in 10 minutes, it’s been almost 40 minutes and still no call back.
