"Excellent Service" Have been to service department about 5 times. Every time I received great service. The staff is very knowledgable of the services required and helpful in determining the severity of the services that needed to be performed.
"Thanks for the patience" I was coming off of a 3 year lease with a Buick and was not thrilled that I had to look for a car now that my lease was over. Going in I knew that I wanted to purchase a newer used vehicle. Nez was great as I looked at everything from a SUV to a crossover to finally deciding on a Pre-Certified 2016 528i. Nez was great to work with, he made the process that I was dreading a lot more enjoyable. Great service!
"Professional, efficient, outstanding service" Travis Conner and Mr. Palmer were absolutely terrific to deal with. They are knowledgeable, treat you like you are a special customer, get you the best deals, and really make you feel like they are looking out for your best interests. They didn't oversell but they over delivered on the value and quality of service I was expecting. What a great car buying experience! They are true gem's!

"Nice people and excellent service." I was originally going for an oil change and to see why the brake system alert was on. When Zak and Cassie found the poor condition of my brakes they took me to see so that I could make an informed decision. Then, since the wait time was going to be much longer than expected, they arranged for me to get a ride home and then delivered my car when the repairs were completed. As I said, excellent service. Thank you.
