"BMW 330i xDrive" Great experience. John helped us to find our new car, test drive , answered all of our questions and work through completion of the sales process efficiently. I would recommend this dealer.
"Excellent customer care" Sales process and closing was very professional. Travis took care of the sale very professionally. guided through from start to finish.. Dan was and Steve professionally supported the sale.
"New lease" Great experience. Disappointed that the female sales person I worked with is not there anymore. Bummer that there are no females in sales or finance roles. But I always have a good experience here.

"Acceptable, not exceptional" My loaner car was ready when I arrived. I had to arrive late and was accommodated well. The employee I worked with was kind and knowledgeable. I had discount coupons and there was some question about what they covered and I was told I did not read the fine print and I was disappointed that that would even an issue. "Great Experience all around" I looked for my new BMW at several different dealerships in Ohio, Pittsburgh, Erie and New York area. Ken and BMW of Westlake did a great job getting me exactly what I needed. They have been very accommodating with the couple of things that needed to be repaired on the new car. Great experience
"2016 BMW 328i" Jerry Mancini and team went all out to assist me with my trade to upgrade to a 2016 328i. Although the dealership was very busy on a rainy Saturday, Jerry took into account that I was visiting from out of town and really wanted to take delivery of the car on that day. He and the rest of the team got my paperwork done, trade-in processed, the new car serviced and prepped for delivery by mid-afternoon. This was a very smooth transaction complicated only by myself. "Christian Definitely Met Our Expectations" We had been waiting for the recall part to become available for our 750 and Christian was able to have that brought in for install, provide a loaner, do a through safety check, and complete all tasks in a very timely manner. It was a great and positive experience with the customer being a very important part of the BMW Westlake experience. Thank you!
"Great service this time around " I had a brake issue that wasn’t fixed the first time around. However, this time they replaced my brakes at no charge (warranty issue) and were prompt and courteous
