"550ix Purchase Experience" The entire staff at BMW of Westlake was friendly and helpful. They made the car buying process a an enjoyable experience. I was walked in by the manager, Fred Palmer, and lead to the pre-owned sales Manager Jerry Mancini. Jerry was great to work with and showed me the type of cars I was looking for. He didn't try to push anything else on me. The buying experience was as painless as possible and I never felt pressured. I will recommend BMW of Westlake to everyone I know.
"2019 BMW X3 Lease" Dealership was able to work with my crazy work schedule and Kelly always made time for test drives. Finance department was really fast and paperwork was accurate. Harry Walker was a true product genius and showed my wife how to use all of the key features of our car before we left.
"Sales Experience " Jerry provided a wonderful sales experience for us. We shopped at 3 or 4 different dealerships before this one and our experience here it’s Jerry was head over heels the best. This is our first BMW although our friends have them. They raved to us about the experience and they were right.
"Great service " Ken Delk was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and worked around my schedule.
"Great Experience" Stopped in from Pittsburgh as the dealership had the vehicle that I wanted in stock. Within 24 hours, we got to a mutually agreeable price and I was driving back home with my new 2019 X5. The dealership was first class - I was treated with courtesy & respect. Secondly - any concerns I had with buying a vehicle out of state were alleviated. I'd recommend this dealership for sure and will refer others looking for a new BMW.
"BMW 328d" Greg helped in all aspects to try and get a deal made. We were able to meet to a number both parties were satisfied. Greg cares about his customers and it shows. Another shout out to Steve Martin who was also integral in the deal. We will recommend Greg and Steve to friends and family.
"Thank you to Jerry Mancini " My heart was set on purchasing a BMW SUV; I went in the dealership thinking about the X2 but with Jerry's help I soon decided that the X3 was really what I wanted. "Great Experience " Car buying at this dealership was made easy. The sales rep knew the product, was professional, and worked with our schedule. He showed us various product and did not push, rather allowed us to determine what fit our style and what we were willing to spend.
