I bought my first BMW from BMW Cleveland. I was not at all happy with the service. My husband always bought his BMW's from Ganley BMW. He always had wonderful things to say about the dealership. I am now a Ganley BMW lover. I will never buy another vehicle from BMW Cleveland. The friendliness of everyone along with the service is unbeatable. I have also recommended Ganley BMW to my friends. Thank you to everyone!

This is my 2nd new car from Ganley BMW and John Caruso. John is great to work with and makes the experience easy and comfortable. I will continue to go to John for my cars in the future and would recommend both John and Ganley BWM to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. The dealership on the whole is great as well, with a wide selection of cars that are ready to go and service that, while I have only used it minimally (great cars!) has been perfect. Going to Ganley BMW is like going home. They have a great sales staff, and John is always attuned to my needs. My car was shiny, clean and ready to roll. And, the deal was one which I could not ignore! My 128I was a used car with 15,000 miles, but it looked (inside & out) like a brand-new car. Im from Detroit Michigan and drove over 3 hours to purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but the drive from Detroit to Cleveland was well worth it to purchase my new Vehicle. Frank and Brooks helped me tremendously with an out of state BMW purchase. The process could not have been more pleasant, from the youtube video of the car, to the paperwork processing, even assisting with obtaining the lowest possible lending rate through PNC bank. I was a bit anxious about purchasing from a distance, but they made it so easy. I highly recommend the dealership for such outstanding service!
