"Salesman receives 5 stars. Management & paperwork..." Salesman receives 5 stars. Management & paperwork processing needs work - give 2 stars. Title had wrong sales price resulting in wrong sales tax. Since the deal was closed and paid it had no difference on me, but the same can't be said for their accounting books.
