One morning I woke up and was on my way to work and the low tire light came on. Frustrated, I pulled into BMW of Middleburg Heights and they were very welcoming. "First time purchasing a vehicle on line and and from..." First time purchasing a vehicle on line and and from another state. Scared to say the least. Contacted dealership and all I can say is Jerry Mancini. From the time we spoke until I had my keys in hand( even follow ups since purchase) Jerry was beyond patient and thorough with explaining everything to me. I love my X5! "Everything before and up to the sale was perfect. The..." Everything before and up to the sale was perfect. The sales person was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer any and all questions. My only complaint is that there was only one follow up call after the sale and that was the day after. It’s been several months now and no follow up calls to check on how I was doing with the vehicle or if there were any issues or questions from vehicle. Overall still a great dealership.
