Awesome Experience Gary Aggas was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgable, patient, a no pressure salesman. Awesome experience! Our salesman Ez was great - worked super fast and never once lived up to the poor image of a "car salesman". No pressure, no upselling - just worked hard to deliver against our expectations. I could not have asked for a better experience. My experience with BMW of Dallas and Chris Jurgens Chris's knowledge and sales expertise along with the five star service as backed up by personel like Beth Richardson has brought us back to BMW of Dallas for our fourth purchase. It's the people, not the dealership, that realy set the mark. (However, the new location and facility does help a bit.)
Great No Hassle Experience! I had a great sales experience with BMW of Dallas, specifically with Frank Atcheson III in purchasing an X3. I was recommended to him by my fiancée who was delighted with her buying experience (328i). Frank was very amicable, knowledgeable and patient as we delved into the delightful models, colors and options BMW offers. Great selection and friendly staff I have bought six BMWs from BMW of Dallas. My most recent purchase was a brand new car rather than the program cars or loaners I have previously purchased. I knew the model and color I wanted and was shown four cars meeting my general wishes. In the end I got exactly what I wanted. The sales process was easy and pleasant. Great Customer Service We were recently looking for a cash car, and found one at BMW of Dallas. Even though this is a high end dealership, we were treated like anyone else coming in to buy a BMW. We were looking at a Toyota 4-Runner. The vehicle was in impeccable shape. Our sales person Chris Choudhry was excellent.
