Hunor Andras Great constumer service and awesome staff, Joe Silva was amazing and went out of his way to make me and wife happy, also my finance rep was also super great made sure we got everything taken care of and both jumped thru hoops to help us. It's really great to see constumer service is not gone , it thriving here thank you already recommend to few friends.

2020 range rover evoque purchase i bought this car which supposedly went thru 128 point inspection. But 3 days after I bought the car started making loud noises. when I looked under the front wheels I saw the the guards loose and rattling. contacted my sales person and he simply told me to take it to Land Rover dealer. I cant believe a BMW 128 point inspection didnt notice/fix this problem.

Service repair on X5 BMW BMW oF Dallas has a Superb maintenance team and customer service. Tim Bennett demonstrates those qualities. He is very polite and makes sure that you're kept in the loop of the repairs that are recommended. I own two BMW vehicles and Mr. Bennett keeps them running exceptionally well.
