"Great sales rep" Ive bought 3 cars in the last 4 years and buying a certified pre-owned BMW was one of a number of possibilities for me this time around. "Excellent service" Just bought a 2020 230i xdrive coupe. Andy Alexis was great to work with. Since the dealer didn't have what I wanted in stock, he helped me order from Germany. He also helped me track it being built from factory to ship to port to dealer. Financing was easy and pick up included a nice tutorial. Kudos to this dealership. Not the closest to me house, but worth the extra drive.

"Positive experience" I came from over 100 miles away to purchase a specific M550 and Chris Olenick was extremely responsive to the logistical demands of a long distance purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the car and continues to assist with my one-off questions a month after the purchase.

"The way car buying should 'really' be!" Overall experience was very positive; courteous staff and great showroom. I worked with Scott Sohn (client advisor) to purchase a 2019 X5. Scott was very customer obsessed, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained every detail in the vehicle, walked us through other models so we can compare, helped with price negotiation, and worked with us on financing. Post purchase, Scott kept in touch and helped with registration, tags, etc. Truly appreciate Scott's help!
