"Quick response to questions" Eric did a great job keeping me informed and answering my questions. Very personable (we just talked over email, but you could see it) and polite. Prices were right in line with other dealerships, the only reason I didn't choose Silver Spring was that you are quite a bit out of the way. But I did buy a BMW, so I am part of the family. Thanks.

"Well Beyond My Expectations!" Searching for over 6 months, looking for the perfect vehicle, I finally found it here at BMW of Silver Springs. Everything was perfect! The price, mileage, car fax and to top it all off, the customer service! Although I live approximately 7 hours away, each encounter made me feel as though I was right there in the office. "Exceptional" I found a vehicle online and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. The assigned sales person, Andy Alexis, Sr was great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. He ensured I walked out of the dealership with a vehicle that day. The other staff were very pleasant and helpful as well.
