"Excellent service by Eric" Eric is a consummate professional that was attentive, personal and very easy to deal with. He made the process easy. Outside of his control however was the length of time it took for us to pay for the car. Even though we paid cash, there was only one person in the Finance department thus we waited for 1.5 hours to write a check. Again, this has nothing to do with Eric. Once in Finance, we were in and out in 15 minutes.

Karen was attentive to my needs, diligent is assisting me with my finance options and providing me with access to additional funds to offset my monthly payments. "Great Customer Care" The Service team always takes special care when my car is in for service. My last visit was a tow in for a flat tire and they explained the warranty process and ultimately got everything covered. It was a stressful event that they made easy.
