"Kristina Williams saved the day" I bought my 3 series sedan in 2010 from Rockville BMW. I tried Silver Spring BMW service in 2014 and was pleased with Kristina's customer service so I continued servicing there. A year later I received a 2015 X3 as a loaner, had my wife drive it and we bought the 2015 X3 a few months later. "Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience Ever" I went in to look at a new X2 I saw in the dealership's website. Karen Herbert had it ready when I arrived and we went for a test drive. We returned and discussed pricing and I decided on the spot to purchase. There was no pressure and Karen made every effort to find all the discounts available to me. The financial end of the business was taken care of efficiently and speedily and I drove off in the new car. It was a great experience.
