"Andy Alexis is the best" I have been a repeat purchaser of BMWs from BMW Silver Spring and frankly besides BMW being my preferred cars, Andy Alexis has been my primary reason for purchasing here. He is an excellent, no pressure, knowledgeable, and fair agent. He finds the car that fits your need and budget and is an all round exceptionally good person to interact with.

"Excellent Service Experience" Regular service visit (oil change, etc.) was handled quickly while I waited. Employees I worked with (see below) were very professional, friendly and efficient -- exactly what I would expect from a BMW dealership (and I'm a long-time BMW owner). Enjoyed talking to Ron Ptak who is a car enthusiast as well as a dealership employee and appreciated the extra effort in finding the correct oil for my 1994 BMW.

"Customer Service of Ron Askew and Andrew Loppincott" This salesman Ron Askew is one of the best salesman I’ve seen at BMW Silverspring he knows how to connect with his customer find out there desires of cars, price, and makes the transition easy with purchasing the vehicle to get out to door in your new vehicle . ""Great buying experience"" My previous 535 lease was with BMW of Silver Spring was coming to an end. I was seriously considering alternative options outside of BMW. Max Moyer contacted me and listened to what I wanted. He created viable a path to stay with BMW. He was extremely professional and genuine in his interest to meet my needs. We found a way to efficiently identify what I wanted in 2 days. I would highly recommend engaging Max when searching for a car. It was an easy painless buying experience.
