"Easiest and quickest car buying experience I've had. " Went to the dealer to look at a used Jeep and I just happened to meet Max in the parking lot as I arrived. He was easy going and very helpful even though he had another appointment. He juggled me with his prior appointment, but managed to answer my questions and make me comfortable with my purchase. Certainly will consider him when I'm ready for another vehicle, either used or new.

"Helping me out of a bad deal" Ron Askew is a life saver and great salesman. I had bought a car from another BMW dealership a few days before Ron had contacted me. I was given a deal that was not the best for me, and Ron really helped me out of a bad situation. "It was a pleasure buying a car here." Everyone I encountered there was friendly and helpful when asked to be. That especially goes for Karen who was the sales rep who worked directly with me. I don't have a ton of time to be overly specific, but I can sum up my experience with Karen by saying her demeanor and approach are perfect, her willingness to be available is much appreciated and she is just a lovely person to deal with.
