I want to start off by saying that South Motors has really got it's act together, I first bought a car from them in December and my client advisor, Michael Perez, made everything so smooth. However my new convertible was less than perfect, something I didn't find out until the rainy season started. Michael has been great! Always responsive and knowledgeable plus friendly and engaging. We bought my wife's BMW from him and I just ordered mine from him as well. Will go back to him and South Motors for our future purchases. Very impressed with this dealership and with Mike.

Our decision to lease a 2012 3 series couldn't have gone more smoothly. This was all due to the knowledgeabilty and advice that we got from our salesman, Tony Diehs. Getting a new car can be very stressful, but with his help it was much less so. Mr. Diehs and Mr. Michael Rodda were friendly, helpful, and courteous.

I went there to see the cars, and I finished buying a car with Tony Dehs. He is 5 stars seller. He is very honest. Now He is my friend. I feel very happy with my 528 BMW. Thaks to Tony and south Motor BMW.

The lease on my 335i was coming to an end and I started to shop around for a replacement. I was looking for a manual 335is which is extremely hard to come by and usually needs to be special ordered. I had visited a few other BMW dealers in South Florida and I could not believe how difficult some of them were when I told them what I was looking for. We have taken our X6 M for service in and out of warranty. They change prices, switch items, high ball you and you have to constantly call and check and ask questions. For instance, they and item is in, schedule you for service, and then after waiting two hours say they can’t find it and try to sell you something more expensive.

"VERY poor and humiliating customer service. I was there..." VERY poor and humiliating customer service. I was there for 7 hours to buy a certified preowned SUV that I had negotiated and put a deposit on days prior. The car was dirty when I arrived, they made me walk to a block away to where they were being cleaned in 100% Miami heat for me to test drive it.
