My car came in to service because I had 3 failed Vanos Solenoids. It was recommended by the dealer that I replace all 4 and do an oil change. "First and last time I choose this dealership for service" I made a appointment to have my A/C and seat warmers checked, selecting to wait for service. After I checked in my car I waited 35 minutes before a service advisor would see me. She requested I leave the car overnight.
