Ignorant sales people. Phone calls never returned. Lying & Cheating Managers. The agreed upon price mysteriously bumps up when the Purchase Documents are presented - and ofcourse, the Managers have 'Gone' by then. I like Beemers, but would rather switch to a Yugo if I have to deal with this bunch again.

What an experience,after leasing what they called a great deal my car broke down again and again after many visit of horrible service and terrible communication I accused them with Lemon Law and filling a former complaint with my lawyer they finally agreed to help. LIES this dealer does not want to help you they want to make you think your crazy. Two other friends also purchased cars here that also broke down-it seems their answer to everything is = it is a computer issue we will reprogram it and you will have no more proble... read more

As the old saying goes; “When you are a prospective client they wine and dine you with smiles, once you become a customer you get royally screwed.” My salesperson “Johnny” is a true salesman, all smiles and jokes. The Sales manager, they keep him in the back with the Finance Mangers to avoid showing their sharp teeth. So be ready to negotiate…..for hours (it took me 10 hours) to get the price you want. These guys used to be pretty bad but what a turnaround over the last 6 months. Must of had a serious wake-up. Definetly a first rate service experience on my last two visits, the partners in my firm agree

I have to go to this dealer for service of 3 cars. It is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. We just bought a new car and made an offer on a car. We were not happy with the trade in value and lack of discount on the new car. We went to the other dealer in town, bought the exact same car and saved $3000! Forget about service. No one answers the phone and there is no way to get thru.

WHERE ARE THE ZEROS ON THIS SCALE? I didn't realize Walmart is allowed to sell BMWs? Can you supersize my 750LI with a bright smile and a bunch of moronic idiots who can't even form a complete sentence without babbling out a bunch of car guy sales phrases. I took a quick walk in the service department on my quest for the best BMW dealership in South Florida. And I pretended to need an appointment. They told me they wouldn't even service my vehicle if I didn't buy there number one and number two, they said it would be 30 DAYS... read more

Leased my 325I from them 3 years ago. For the past 3 years I've dealt with crappy service. It takes for ever to get an appointment and when you finally take the car in, you can never get a straight answer on how long it will take to fix. They never call to let you know the car is ready. God forbid you aks to speak to a service advisor they are never in and when you get to speak to one they make you feel like you are wasting their time. Took my moms Mini Cooper in to just get a cup holder installed and check why it felt so jerky while driving in traffic. They did not once call and tell us that it wont be ready till the next day!! so my mom had to take a day off since she didnt have a car!! Then i finally called and they said it was ready so we went to pick it up and they still didnt install the cup holder and the jerky ride was still there!! South Motors have the worst service department i have ever used!! My family will never buy another car from that deal... read more

They have managed to mess up everything i've ever asked them to do. The mechanics that are part of my service writer's team are horrible and I've had to have my car diagnosed by another shop so i can then have them fix it under warranty. For example, I'm sure many of you have had the problem with the felt trim around the windows coming unglued... I told them about it and they had the nerve to tell me there was nothing wrong with them... I had to show them in person how the felt was hanging.. like they could have missed that.... read more
