WORST DEALERSHIP ever the sales person doesn't listen to you at all. They say you have maintenance covered and everything will be cover. After a month of sale car had alignment problem apparently only thing not cover in maintenance. Then maintenance expires and I don't even get a call or warning and my warranty is not expires which makes no sense because I asked them to make sure this was going to be cover throughout my time which they guaranteed verbally. The worst dealership ever. I took my car their for service and my service advisor said my car will be ready in 24 hours. They end up keeping my car for almost two weeks. I had a full tank of gas, when i went back to South Motors BMW to pick up my brand new car it was on a empty tank of gas and the car was crashed. I took my car to the above dealer for service, they took a joy ride in my brand new bmw and crashed it. The worst dealer ever.

I always go to this dealer because it is the closest to me. I took my car for service and they scratched it. So I was told that in order to get the car fixed I would have to speak to Dan Warren. The minute I looked at this guys face I knew that he was going to be difficult to deal with. His demeanor was very unfriendly and his tone was threatening to say the least. Brought in car for squeaky brakes and engine noise. I was told by the sevice manager that BMW's were built to be driven on the autobahn, and we're not designed specifically to be driven by safe drivers in Miami traffic. Therefore, the brake noise was caused by my safe driving and the issue did not qualify for repair under warranty. (whatever that means.....?!) This is the worst dealer I have ever visited. I could not say that I am dissatisfied with the sales experience, actually I am very disappointed with this dealer and the sales policy I had to face when I pass by over there to check my lease renewal possibilities. Sincerely, I really believe that I was not asking anything ridiculous or insane. The service department is the worst. On multiple occasions I have taken my car in for repairs only to be told that they could not even find the issues that I needed fixed. On the last visit, my engine was making abnormal noises, and the service adviser told me he could not hear them. When I picked up the car, the other service people could all hear the noise, but the service adviser was not in to hear it. Worse service in Miami. Managers are lyers! the overpromise things and they never come through. When you take your vehicle to service all they do is to reset the service engine check light. they dont even change the oil. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

South Motors has one of the worst reputations in Miami. Dishonest dealership. Terrible service department. Don't honor warrenty. If you want a BMW go to Braham Motors or any other dealership. Just don't go to South Motors. Dispicable sales people. Terrible terrible service department.
